螺旋CT诊断输尿管中下段微小结石的临床价值

The diagnostic value of spiral CT in small lower ureteral stones

目的探讨普通螺旋CT检查方式对输尿管中下段小结石的诊断价值。方法对152例临床疑诊输尿管中下段小结石患者均行螺旋CT平扫检查(结合多平面重建和三维重建)和B超检查,其中65例还行X线平片及静脉肾盂造影检查。结果 CT明确诊断输尿管中下段小结石146例(96.1%),疑诊6例;B超诊断输尿管中下段小结石32例(21.1%),65例X线检查诊断输尿管中下段小结石21例(32.3%)。结论结合轴位图像和后处理技术,螺旋CT检查较其他影像检查方法对输尿管中下段微小结石具有更高的检出率和诊断价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of spiral CT in small lower ureteral stones. Methods 152 patients with suspected small lower ureteral stone were detected by spiral CT examination （with multiplanar reconstruction and 3d reconstruction） and B ultrasonic, 65 of these patients also were detected by X-ray and intravenous pyelogram （ivp）. Results 146 cases diagnosed of small lower ureteral stones by spiral CT,6 suspected cases, while 32 cases by 13 ultrasonic. The diagnostic rate of X-ray was 32.3%（ 21 cases）. Conclusion The diagnostic rate of small lower ureteral stones detected by spiral CT is greater than the other methods.
