摘要
目的探讨时间护理应用于临床患者中的护理价值。方法对86例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组行妇科子宫肌瘤常规护理,观察患者的一般情况变化,出现临床急症及时对症治疗;观察组在常规护理的基础上,加用时间护理,比较两组的治疗效果和护理满意度。结果观察组43例患者中,显效28例(65.1%),有效13例(30.2%),无效2例(4.7%);对照组43例患者中,显效12例(27.9%),有效24例(55.8%),无效7例(16.3%)。观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组43例患者中,对护理质量满意的有34例(79.1%),认为一般的有7例(16.3%),认为较差的有2例(4.7%);对照组43例患者中,对护理质量满意的有19例(44.2%),认为一般的有14例(32.6%),认为较差的有10例(23.3%)。观察组的护理满意度明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时间护理可以显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,提升患者对于护理的满意度,改善患者的病情,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To study the value of chrono-nursing to promote the quality of care for patient with hysteromyoma. Methods 86 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into observation group (43 cases) and the control group (43 cases). Conventional care was used in the control group, and chrono--nursing was applied in the observation group in addition to the conventional care. The therapeutic effects and satisfaction of patients were compared between these two groups. Results In the observation group, there were 28 cases of excellent effect (65.1%), 13 cases of good effeet (30.2 %) and 2 cases of invalid (4. 7 %) ; in the control group, there were 12 cases of excellent effect (27.9%), 24 cases of good effect (55.8 %) and 7 cases of invalid (16.3 %). The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P〈:0.05). As for the patients' satisfaction, in the observation group, there were 34 great satisfactions (79.1%), 7 satisfactions (16.3%) and 2 poor satisfactions (4. 7%) ; in the control group, there were 19 great satisfactions (44. 2%), 14 satisfactions (32.6%) and 10 poor satisfactions (23. 3%). Patients' satisfactions in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Chrono-nursing can significantly improve patients' clinical outcomes, enhance patient satisfaction and improve the condition of the patient, it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
