摘要
智能相机是一种小型的视觉检测系统,主要运用于工况监视,产品检验和质量监控等领域,能够提高生产制造的柔性和自动化程度。与传统的PC式视觉系统相比,它具有易学、易用、易维护、易安装等特点。在此主要是提出了一种嵌入式智能相机的设计方案,它是以ADSP BF537为系统控制核心,以CMOS传感器为图像采集装置,结合Oscar软件框架和OpenCV进行软件设计。最后通过一个检测条形码的应用来说明研究出来的智能相机的可行性,并且通过实验数据来说明智能相机运行速度和工作效率。
Smart camera is a kind of small visual inspection system,which mainly applies to condition monitoring,product inspection,quality control and so on,and can improve the flexibility and degree of automation in production.Compared the traditional PC-vision system,it is easier to learn,to use,to maintain and to install.A deisgn scheme of embedded smart camera is proposed in this paper.It takes ADSP-BF537 as a core for system control,uses CMOS sensor to collect image data and combines Oscar software framework with OpenCV to carry out software design.The feasibility of the self-developed smart camera is illustrated by an application of barcode detection.The speed and efficiency of the smart camera are proved by experiment data.
