摘要
阻抗匹配在高频设计中是一个常用的概念。对于不同特性的电路,匹配条件是不一样的。在纯电阻电路中,当负载电阻等于激励源内阻时,则输出功率为最大,这种工作状态称为匹配,否则称为失配。为了实现射频电路信号传输的完整性,使"信号质量奇迹般的改善",必须做好电路的阻抗匹配。利用Matlab仿真解决阻抗匹配问题,设计了一套调节可调电容的算法,编写了算法和仿真的可视化Matlab程序,通过程序验证了算法的可行性;详细介绍了射频电路数学模型的建立,确定分段调节和同步调节两种阻抗匹配方案,并对四种参数情况下的仿镇结果和算法进行比较和讨论,得出算法存在的不足及改进方向。
Impedance matching in the high frequency design is a commonly used concept.For the circuits with differentcharacteristics,their matching conditions are not the same.In the pure resistance circuit,when the load resistance is equal tothe excitation source resistance,the output power is maximum.This state is called matching,otherwise known as mismatch.Inorder to realize the integrity of RF signal transmission and make "signal quality improvement like the miracle",the circuit im pedance matching must be done.Matlab simulation is used in this paper to solve the impedance matching problem.A set of algo rithms used for adjusting the adjustable capacitor is designed.A visual Matlab program for the algorithm and simulation is com piled.The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by the program.The mathematical model establishment of RF circuit is intro duced in detail.Two impedance matching schemes for the segmentation adjustment and synchronization regulation was deter mined.The algorithms and emulating results obtained with four different parameters are compared and discussed.The deficiencyof the algorithm and its improvement direction are pointed out.
