摘要
为了提高太阳磁场的测量精度,采用新的电路设计方法实现了一套可以应用于怀柔太阳磁场望远镜KD*P电光调制器的高精度高压控制系统。系统中使用新技术制造的高压模块配合新的高压调制电路产生高精度的高压脉冲信号,系统输出的30 Hz高压方波时其上升沿和下降沿时间小于2μs,输出1 000 V高压时上升沿结束2μs后纹波小于2 V,提高了观测磁场数据的精度;同时,电路中加入了直流保护、放电保护等措施确保系统工作安全;所有控制逻辑、高压输出接口与原有系统兼容,保证系统可以快速切换,高效运转。
To improve the observation precision of the solar magnetic field,a new circuits are designed to realized a high-accuracy high-voltage control system of the KD*P electro-optic modulator for solar magnetic field telescope in Huairou Solar Observatory.In this new system,new high-voltage module and new high-voltage modulating circuits are adopted to generate accurate high-voltage pulse signal.The rising and falling edges of the pulse is less than 2 μs when the system output is 30 Hz high-voltage square wave and the ripple voltage is less than 2 V at 1000 V output.This improved the accuracy of the solar magnetic field data.For the safety of the KD*P and the operators,DC and discharge protection circuits are added into the system.All the logic and high-voltage output interfaces of the new system are compatible with the old ones to make the update and maintenance of the system conveniently.
