摘要
根据长期临床治疗的经验结合文献介绍几种皮肤常见恶性肿瘤—基底细胞癌、皮肤鳞状细胞癌、乳房外Paget病、恶性黑素瘤的治疗原则包括:①手术与非手术的选择的原则;②各种皮肤肿瘤手术切除和范围;③手术治疗遗留创面的修复方法;④手术后的随访和进一步的处理;⑤非手术主要有哪些方法及如何选择。
To introduce several therapeutic principles of malignant skin tumor,including basal cell carcinoma, cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, extramammary Paget＇s disease and malignant melanoma, based on our long-term clinical experience and literature reviews. The principles of managing skin tumors include whether to choose surgical procedure or not, the range of resection, restoration of operation wound, follow-up and subsequent treatment after surgery, nonsurgical methods and how to choose.
