本文以封包的定义为着眼点,从皮肤屏障结构、敷料、赋形剂和渗透剂三个方面展开,探讨了皮肤屏障功能的影响因素,并在此基础上深入分析封包对皮肤屏障功能的作用,同时对封包在皮肤病治疗的应用进行了讨论。因此,可能会对皮肤屏障功能及其与封包的关系提供新的认识和启发。

This article began with the definition of occlusion, explored the impact factors of skin barrier function from three aspects：the skin barrier structure, dressings, vehicle and penetrant, then analyzed in-depth the effect of occlusion on barrier function, and discussed the therapeutical effect of occlusion on skin diseases at the same time. Consequently ,it may provide new insights and inspiration for skin barrier function and its correlation with occlusion.
