梅毒螺旋体耐药面临的挑战

摘要 目前青霉素仍是治疗梅毒的首选药物,且治疗梅毒非常有效,也未出现耐青霉素的梅毒螺旋体(treponema palli-dum,Tp)菌株,但由于过敏问题使得青霉素使用受限。大环内酯类抗生素、四环素类、第三代头孢菌素类治疗梅毒的应用在一定程度上解决了青霉素过敏梅毒患者治疗的难题,但随着临床应用的推广,耐药问题使得青霉素过敏梅毒患者的治疗面临严峻挑战。本文就Tp耐药所面临的挑战进行综述。 At present, penicillin is the preferred and effective drug for treating syphilis. Until now, penicillin-resistant Trepone- ma pallidum isolates have not been found yet, however application of penicillin is limited for drug allergy. The usage of macrolides, tetra- cyclines and third-generation eephalosporin provide alternative medicine for mpenieillin-allergic patients with syphilis to some extent. However, with the promotion of alternative medicine, drug resistance has become severe challenges for penicillin-allergic patients. In this article, the challenges of the Treponema pallidum resistance are reviewed.
