康复训练对老年性痴呆患者功能独立性及认知功能的影响

The effect of rehabilitation therapy on functional independence and cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer's disease

目的探讨康复训练对老年性痴呆患者功能独立性及认知能力的影响。方法符合入组条件的60例老年性痴呆患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,两组常规治疗相同,试验组在常规治疗的同时予康复训练,两组治疗时间均为3个月。在纳入研究1周内和研究结束1周内采用简易精神状态检查(MMSE-R)及功能独立性评定(FIM)量表对两组患者进行客观评定,对前后两次检查评分进行对比分析。结果试验组患者与对照组比较,功能独立性、认知能力和精神状态的改善差异有统计学意义,试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练能明显促进患者的功能独立性及认知能力的改善,康复训练应推广与应用。

Objective The aim of this study is to explore the effect of rehabilitation therapy on functional independence and cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods Sixty patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly assigned to trial and control groups. All patients in both groups received conventional treatment ,while the patients in the trial group received rehabilitation therapy at the same time. The course of treatment was three months. Functional independence measurement（FIM） and mini-mental state examination（MMSE） were assessed. The results were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 17. 0 program. Results The scores of FIM and MMSE of patients in the trial groups were significantly improved when compared to patients in the control group（ P〈O. 05 ）. Conclusions Rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the functional independence and cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
