黄芪注射液辅助治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效分析

The analysis of curative effectiveness of Huangqi injection on children with viral myocarditis

目的探讨黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎(viral myocarditi,VM)的疗效。方法将110例VM患儿分为两组,对照组(n=52)采用常规治疗,治疗组(n=58)在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液,比较两组疗效。结果疗程结束后治疗组心肌酶学各项参数指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),症状、体征、心肌酶、心电图等临床指标恢复时间均快于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(χ2=5.37,P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎,疗效较好,优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective To investigate the curative effective of Huangqi injection on children with viral myocarditis. Methods One hundred and ten children with viral myoearditis were divided into two groups; control and treatment groups. The control group（ n = 52） received the ordinary treatment while the treatment group（ n = 58 ）received Huangqi injection beside of conventional treatment. Resuits The parameters of myocardial enzymology of the treatment group were significant lower than that of control group. The recovery time of clinical parameters of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group. Total effect rate of the experimental group was significant higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Addition of Huangqi injection on the basis of conventional treatment could have better clinical effectiveness on children with viral myocarditis compared with the ordinary treatment alone.
