摘要 人类白细胞相关抗原G(human leukocyte antigen-G,HLA-G)是一类非典型的人白细胞抗原I类分子(human lym-phocyte antigen I,HLA-I),最早发现其表达在母胎界面的绒毛膜滋养层层细胞表面,蛋白产物有HLA-G膜结合型和可溶性分子型。国内外多项研究表明HLA-G分子在免疫耐受状态的形成及维持中具有重要作用。现就其基因及蛋白产物表达特点、诱导免疫耐受的机制及临床移植应用研究做简要综述。
