MASPIN在肿瘤血管生成中的作用

摘要 MASPIN基因是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族中的新成员。大量研究发现它作为肿瘤抑制基因对肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移有明显抑制作用,近来更被证实是一种有效的血管生成抑制因子。本综述总结了MASPIN在肿瘤血管生成中所发挥的作用,探讨及其可能的分子机制,旨在为以MASPIN为分子靶点的抗肿瘤基因治疗提供理论依据。
