胺碘酮与辛伐他汀合用致Q-T间期延长及肝功能损害1例报告 被引量：6

摘要 患者，女，54岁。因反复心悸、胸闷20年，加重4小时于2012年2月16日入院。20年前患者开始出现阵发性心悸、胸闷，心电图（ECG）示：心率216次／分，每年发作1～2次，每次持续数小时，药物治疗（具体不详）后症状缓解。17年前在外院诊断为：①风心病，二尖瓣狭窄；②心房颤动。行射频消融术及二尖瓣球囊扩张术后好转。之后偶感心慌不适，
