摘要
随着财政科技投入规模的扩大,进行相应的财政科技投入效率评价变得日益重要。在这样的背景下,文章收集了2001—2010年相关数据,运用数据包络分析法中的两种模型,结合两种专门的分析软件,对我国30个省市、地区的财政科技投入效率进行了评价。研究结果表明:我国财政科技投入规模是逐年增加的,但各地区间的投入效率存在较大差距且原因各异。因此,在今后的发展中,需要因地制宜地加以解决,从而实现我国财政科技投入效率的提高。
With the increase of financial investment in science and technology, the corresponding efficiency evaluation is becoming increasingly important. Under this background, the author collected the statistical data of the period from 2001 to 2010 to evaluate the efficiency of thirty regions through two models of data envelopment analysis and two specialized analysis software. It turned out that the efficiency of many areas were low and showed different reasons. Therefore, we should solve the problems by suiting the measures to local conditions.
