Technical Development of Vertical Laying Ejector Type Flue Gas Furnace for Blast Furnace Coal Injection

开发利用了立式砌筑型引射混合式烟气炉,替代了老式卧式砌筑型交叉混合式烟气炉。新炉型拥有占地面积小、现场砌筑工程量少、耐材不易坍塌、燃烧完全、混合充分等多种优点。

A vertical laying ejector type mixed flue gas furnace has been developed. The new furnace is substituted for the old horizontal laying cross mixed flue gas furnace. It has the advantages of covering a small area and less laying quantity in situ, furthermore, re- fractory material is not easy to collapse, complete combustion and mixed fully.
