摘要
结合合同能源管理模式实施的变频改造项目,重点分析节能改造方案的制定对改造成本的影响及方案设计时应注意的问题,为节能项目合同能源管理模式的实施提供了技术参考。
According to the frequency conversion reconstruction project of the contractenerg, management mode, the effect of formulating the energy saving plan on cost and the issues that should be paid attention to in the plan design are analyzed. It gives a reference to implementation of the contract energy management mode of the energy saving project.
