摘要
针对某钢铁企业热电厂袋式除尘器运行中出现滤袋破损率较高、滤袋寿命较短、系统阻力偏大的问题,分析了问题产生的原因及实际改造措施,投运后系统运行效果较好、系统阻力小于1200 Pa。
There are some problems in operation of a bag collector of the heat power plant of a steel enterprise, such as high breakage rate of filter bag, short service life of filter bag and big system resistance. The causes of the problem and practical improvement mea suies are analyzed. It has achieved better operation effect after commissioning of the system and the system resistance is less than 1200 Pa.
