摘要
结合电子病历在北京天坛医院应用过程中存在的问题,包括对电子病历内涵认识不清、过分强调预防差错而影响计算机的便捷优势、缺乏自我保护意识与法律责任等。提出相关的解决方案及对策,借此推动电子病历的进一步发展,并对未来电子病历的进一步发展进行展望。
The concept of Electronic Medical Record（EMR） is described. The present situation of Beijing Tiantan hospi- tal EMR application is analyzed, including inadequate awareness of EMR, excessive prevention of errors, absent ideas of self-protection. Relevant countermeasures and solutions are put forward to facilitate the application of EMR in hospitals, In the end, the future of EMR＇s development in China is expected.
