法的运行目的是为了法的实现。法的实现应是过程与结果的统一。法实现的过程就是法的运行与操作的过程。法实现的动作与立法、执法、司法、法律监督、守法紧密相关。法实现的途径既要立足法自身状况因素 ,也要从经济基础、文化。

The purpose of functioning of law is the realization of law, which should be the integration of process and result. The process of the realization of law is that of the legal functioning and operation. The conduct and realization of law is closely related with legislation, law enforcement, administration of law, legal supervision, and observance of law. The means of achieving realization of law is determined by the actual circumstances and put into the perspectives of economic foundation, cultural and social backgrounds.
