基于钻石模型的现代服务业发展模式研究

Analysis on development mode of modern service industry based on diamond model

面对我国服务业发展水平整体落后的现状,特别是以高技术密集度、高知识含量、高附加值、低能耗、低物耗、低污染为特点的现代服务业发展滞后的局面,加快发展现代服务业已经成为提高生产社会化程度和深化市场经济体制改革的重要着眼点。以波特的钻石模型为基础,通过实证研究探索制约现代服务业发展的因素,发现工业增加值、城市化水平和R&D/GDP是影响现代服务业发展的重要因素。据此提出现代服务业发展的3种模式,即生产要素推动型发展模式、城市需求拉动型发展模式和相关产业支持型发展模式,进而为提高现代服务业核心竞争力提出相应对策。

Facing with the holistic backwardness of development level of service industry in China, especially the lag of modem service industry development featured with high technology intensity, high knowledge content, high added value, low power consumption, low material consumption, and low pollution, it has become a key point of improving the socialization degree of production and deepening the reform of market economy system to accelerate the development of modem service industry. Based on Porter＇ s diamond model, the restricting factors of modem service industry development are explored through empirical study, which finds the industrial added value, the urbanization level, and the R＆D/GDP are important factors inflencing modem service industry development. Three modes of modem service industry development are proposed accoding to it, namely, the production factor-driven development mode, the urban demand-pulled development mode, and the related industry-supported development mode. Furthermore, countermeasures are proposed to promote the core competitiveness of modem service industry accordingly.
