摘要
IBMRationalClearQuest（以下简称CQ）是强有力且灵活性很强的变更请求管理及缺陷跟踪管理系统。核电项目技术变更管理系统基于CQ平台研制，实现了研发产品技术类荩线变更的电子化控制，同时有效地控制变更和进行变蜓的度最分析。技术变更系统覆盖产品研发的全生命周期，从需求阶段举维护阶段。管理范围包括软件产品、硬件产品、结构产品、系统产品相关的所有基线的技术变更。
IBM Rational ClearQuest is a powerful and flexibile request and defect tracking management system. Technical change management system for nuclear power project is developed based on CQ platform. It realizes electronic control of base change for the product. At the same time, it effectively controls measurement analysis of change. Technology change system covers the whole life cycle of product research and development, from the demand phase to the maintenance phase. Management scope includes baseline technical change of software products, hardware products, structure products and system products.
