摘要
目前沿海在建CPR1000项目,红沿河、宁德、阳江等"二代加"百万千瓦级先进压水堆,安全级DCS采用了MELTAC-NplusR3数字化控制系统。本文主要详细讲述了防误稀释保护作用的具体实现过程,简单介绍了防误稀释保护的工艺重要性,另外通过理论分析提出各种实际工况下的保护时序图,基于安全级DCS平台,对其逻辑的工程组态实现进行了深入剖析,对其暴露出的缺陷进行了调查,并且给出相应的整改方案。
The abuilding CPR1000 projects in the littoral provinces, such as Hongyanhe, Ningde, and Yangjiang, currently utilize the 1000MW-class advance pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology. MELTAC-N plus R3 platform developed by Mitsubishi is applied to them, This paper introduces the realization process of anti-dilution protection logic in detail. Firstly the ADP' s importance from the aspect of plant process is described. Then we analyze various kinds of sequence charts based on the pragmatic condition. The all-around investigation for ADP logic realization is introduced on the basis of MELTAC safety DCS platfoma. We present the engineering configuration progress and the exposed problem in detail, and provide the corresponding correction measurement.
