摘要
针对高速轴承测试台润滑系统为典型的多变量过程控制对象,结合控制功能,建立了控制对象的数学模型,并提出了基金会现场总线的控制系统实现方案,实现了压力、流量、温度的总线采集与集中控制。通过FF-Configuration组态工具,在服务器端实现对润滑系统的故障预测、报警与信息监控。
The high-speed bearing lubrication system is a typical multi-variable process control object. According to control functions, the mathematic model of control object is established and the implementation scheme with foundation fieldbus control is proposed. And acquisition and central control of pressure, flow and temperature is achieved with fieldbus. Equipment fault prediction, waming and information monitor is obtained on the server terminal using the FF-Configuration tools.
