摘要 针对采用分步获取和经验预估的方法获取钢板弹簧Fancher模型参数时,在工程实施中会出现较大的随机性。提出了一种整体拟合方法,一次性获得所有参数,减少了计算误差。同时从微分和模型机理角度探讨了Fancher迟滞特性模型的适用范围和局限性。通过与钢板弹簧特性实验进行对比,表明该参数拟合方法具有较高的精度,能够很好地模拟钢板弹簧非线性迟滞特性。 To obtain the parameters in the Fancher leaf spring model with the step method and experiments often leads to large randomness in the engineering praxis. A one-time non-linear fitting method to obtain all parameters without estimation was proposed to reduce the calculation error. The Fancher model was also discussed to deepen the understanding of the mechanism and its differential equations in the aspects of application scope and limitation. The results of simulation were compared with those of leap spring characteristic experiments showed the proposed parameter fitting method was characterized by high accuracy, being able to simulate the non-linear hysteresis characterstics of the leaf spring.
