摘要
为提高汽车维护生产线内待检车辆的被检速度,先利用Flexsim仿真软件对生产线进行了优化、仿真,然后提出了一种基于遗传基因理论分析生产线存在的不平衡因素并进行平衡分析处理的方法。仿真结果表明:生产线不平衡时整车检验完毕需要183min,而采用遗传基因理论对生产线进行平衡优化后整车检验完只需141min,证明了本文方法的有效性。
In order to speed up the vehicle inspection in the production line, the latter was simulated and optimized by the software Flexsim. A method to analyze the existed unballance factors in the production line and to ballance it was proposed based on the genetic gene theory. The simulation results show that it needed 183 min to finish the vehicle inspection for the unballanced production line, while after the ballance optimization of the production line by the genetic gene theory, it needs only 141 min. The effectiveness of the proposed method was proved.
