摘要
对于在国内GPRS现网Gn接口采集的数据样本进行了流量分布规律研究。发现大多数小区一天中大多数时段处于低速状态,突发的极少数大流量观测值集中在少数小区少数时段。用指数分布对样本的经验分布进行拟合,拟合效果较好。对现网不同区域和不同时段的小区流量数据使用Q-Q图等方法进行了指数分布的有效性验证,发现上述结论具有一定普遍性。
A large number of real data traffic volumes per cell in five minutes at Gn interface of China General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) core network are collected for exploring the traffic model. The results show that most cells at most time of a day are at low speed; on the contrary, a very small number of bursts centralize in a few cells in at a little time. Scaled exponential model is suitable to fit by intuitive Q-Q plot and a related discrepancy measure. Traffic volumes samples at different cells and at different time are adopted to verify the validity of the traffic model. To a certain extent, the above conclusions are found universal.
