利用SWOT针对医院图书馆保障服务的不足,分析了SaaS在医院图书馆文献服务中的应用,建议医院图书馆利用合理对策采用SaaS满足用户广泛的文献需求。

The application of SaaS in literature service of hospital library was analyzed using SWOT in view of the insufficient support service in hospital library followed by suggesting that hospital library take strategies for the rational use of literature to meet the broad literature need of users.
