借用云计算的概念,分析了云查新在军队医药卫生科技查新工作中的作用,包括提高查新质量、缓解查新压力、开展创新性工作以及更好地满足用户需求等,并根据军队医药卫生科技查新工作现况,讨论了实现云查新需要解决的一些问题。

In order to meet the needs of users ,the roles of ＂cloud-based novelty assessment of literature＂ in novelty assessment of medical and health literature were analyzed by making use of the cloud computing concept, including improvement of literature novelty assessment, alleviation of novelty assessment pressure, conduction of creative work. The related problems needing to be solved in ＂cloud-based novelty assessment of literature＂ were discussed according to the status quo in novelty assessment of medical and health literature.
