摘要
从凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘中采集分离芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌与弧菌,并设置水体碳氮比分别为:C∶Nw=2、5、10、15、20共5个水平。在养殖环境营养水平下研究了芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌与弧菌的生长、拮抗作用及细菌菌体碳氮比(C∶NB)的变化。研究发现,较高的C∶Nw适合芽孢杆菌(C∶Nw=15)与乳酸菌(C∶Nw≥10)的生长,较低的C∶Nw适合弧菌(C∶Nw=5、10)的生长,并且当C∶Nw较高时芽孢杆菌与乳酸菌对弧菌的生长具有明显的拮抗作用。因此向养殖水体和饵料中添加碳源,将环境C∶N提高至超过10的水平不仅可以促进芽孢杆菌与乳酸菌的快速生长,而且可以有效抑制弧菌的繁殖。
From Litopenaeus vannamei culturing ponds, 12 strains of Bacillus, lactic acid bacteria and Vibrio were isolated with their growth, antagonism and cellular C : N ratio (C = NB) determined in culturing waters with C : N ratios (C = Nw) of 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20, respectively. We found that Bacillus and lactic acid bacteria grew well when C : Nw was 15 and 〉10, respectively; while Vibrio grew well when C : Nw was either 5 or 10. Bacillus and lactic acid bacteria significantly inhibited the growth of Vibrio when C : Nw was higher than 10 (p〈0.05). Accordingly, C : Nw could be adjusted higher than 10 in order to enhance the growth of Bacillus and lactic acid bacteria and inhibit the growth of Vibrio in aquaculture industry.
