慢性乙型肝炎患者疾病相关知识了解程度及影响因素分析

Analysis of disease-related knowledge understanded by chronic hepatitis B patients and its influencial factors

目的调查慢性乙型肝炎患者疾病相关知识的了解情况,分析其影响因素,以便对患者加强健康教育提供依据。方法对2010年10月～2011年12月慢性乙型肝炎患者进行一对一的问卷调查。内容包括疾病基本知识、预防知识及治疗知识,对其影响因素运用多元逐步回归分析。结果 160例慢性乙型肝炎患者疾病相关知识了解缺乏,对各条目的不了解率除乙肝临床表现、合理饮食及抗病毒治疗等条目为20%外,其余为25.0%～94.4%,而能了解者除临床表现56.3%、戒酒50%,其余为0～43.7%。回归分析显示:患者疾病相关知识的了解情况与文化程度、患者的入院次数有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、居住地无关(P>0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者对肝病相关知识缺乏了解,护士在日常工作中应根据患者的文化程度和入院次数等,进行针对性的健康教育。

Objective To understand the disease-related knowledge to understand of chronic hepatitis B patients and its influencial factors, we can provide the basis for strengthening health education for patients. Methods All of the chronic hepatitis B patients were selected from October 2010 to December 2011, they were given one-on-one ques- tionnaire. The conduct of questionnaire conducted basic knowledge of the disease, knowledge of prevention and treat- ment knowledge. The multiple regression analysis was used in influencing factors. Results The disease-related knowl- edge of all the patients were lacked related. Unknown rate of the hepatitis B clinical manifestations, proper diet and anti-viral treatment were 20%, the others were 25.0% to 94.4%, clinical performance of understand was 56.3%, alcohol was 50%, the others were 0% to 43.7%. Regression analysis showed that the disease knowledge was related with pa- tient＇s educational background and frequency of patient ＇-s admission （P 〈 0.05）, while there was no correlation with gender, age and resisdenee （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with CHB have insufficient disease knowledge, Nurses should provide related health education based on patiants＇ education background and patients frequency of admission.
