摘要 目的探讨重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)联合地塞米松对化疗所致白细胞减少的疗效。方法通过回顾性分析102例乳腺癌术后患者,应用CAF(环磷酰胺、阿霉素、氟尿嘧啶)方案联合化疗,根据白细胞减少程度选用不同剂量及不同时间的rhG-CSF和地塞米松,并观察使用前后白细胞变化及不良反应。结果 rhG-CSF和地塞米松联合应用可以明显减轻骨髓抑制,提升白细胞,并可减少rhG-CSF用量及不良反应。结论rhG-CSF联合地塞米松对CAF方案化疗所致的骨髓抑制作用起效快,副作用少,临床上值得推广。 Objective To investigate the curative effect on the neutropenia by combining recombinant human granulo- cyte colony-stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) with dexamethasone. Methods Through retrospective analysis of 102 cases of breast cancer patients with CAF (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, fluorouracil) combined chemotherapy regimen, se- lecting rhG-CSF and dexamethasone in different doses and different time according to the degree of leucopenia, ob- serving the changes of leukocyte and adverse reactions by using the regimen before and after. Results Result showed that combining rhG-CSF with dexamethasone can significantly reduce bone marrow suppression, strengthen leucopeni- a, reduce the amount of rhG-CSF and adverse reactions. Conclusion Combining rhG-CSF with dexamethasone have an quick and less adverse effect on the bone marrow suppression which causing by the CAF regimen, so it is worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
