糖化血红蛋白和内皮素检测在急性脑梗死中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过检测伴有血糖升高的急性脑梗死患者体内糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和内皮素(ET)值,探讨HbA1c和ET含量变化与急性脑梗死的关系及其临床意义。方法选择159例伴有血糖升高的急性脑梗死患者与63例健康成年人,分别采用离子交换高效液相色谱法(HPLC)及放射免疫分析法检测血液中HbA1c和ET值,并根据HbA1c检测结果将患者分为HbA1c升高组和HbA1c正常组,进行数据分析。结果患者组HbA1c和ET检测结果为(7.92±1.27)%、(81.0±11.1)pg/mL,对照组HbA1c和ET检测结果为(5.17±0.58)%、(48.0±8.2)pg/mL,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者中HbA1c升高患者较HbA1c正常患者病情重,愈后差,两组比较也有明显差异。结论监测急性脑梗死患者体内HbA1c和ET变化有助于患者病情诊断及预后分析。 Objective To investigate the expression of glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and endothelin (ET) content in the patients with high fasting blood-glucose acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and explore the clinical significance of the po- tential changes. Methods In samples from 159 cases of patients and 63 healthy controls, the expression of HbAlc and ET content were detected using ion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and radiation immunoas- say; And according to the HbAle results, all patients were divided into HbAle rise group (36.2%) and the nor- mal group (〈6.2%). Results In the group of patients HbAIe and ET results were (7.92±1.27)%, (81.0±11.1) pg/mL, compared with controls (5.17+0.58)%, (48.0±8.2) pg/mL, with significant differences between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). All of the patients, compared with patients had normal HbAlc (〈6.2%), those patients with HbAlc rise (〉6.2%) were in a bad way. Prognosis is poor, two groups of comparisons also have obvious difference. Conclusion Monitoring pa- tients HbAlc and ET might be helpful for early diagnosis and prognosis.
