摘要 目的总结心脏再同步化治疗心力衰竭患者围手术期的护理措施。方法选择2010年8月~2012年9月在我院心内科住院治疗的72例心脏再同步化治疗心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据有无开展优质护理服务分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予心脏再同步化治疗常规护理,而B组患者则给予优质护理服务模式指导下的护理措施对患者进行护理,比较两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、基础护理质量合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果 B组患者的焦虑抑郁标准分明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B组患者的基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理活动能够明显改善心脏再同步化治疗心力衰竭患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者基础护理质量合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。 Objective To summarize cardiac resynchronization treatment of heart failure in patients with perioperative care measures. Methods From August 2010 to September 2012 in our hospital Cardiology, 72 hospitalized patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy in heart failure patients for the study, carried Out according to whether quality care is divided into Group A and Group B, A group given only in patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy rou- tine care, and group B patients to give quality care mode under the guidance of nursing care measures for patients, were compared in patients with anxiety and depression, the pass rate of the basis of the quality of care and patient care services satisfaction. Results Anxiety and depression results in group B patients standard points was significantly lower than in group A, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05), and the satisfaction of basic nursing pass rate of group B patients and patient care services are significantly higher than that in group A patients The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Quality care activities can significantly improve cardiac resynchroniza- tion treatment of heart failure in patients with anxiety and depression, and improve the basis of the quality of care in patients pass rate and patient satisfaction with care services.
