妊娠期糖尿病与正常产妇对新生儿心功能影响的对比分析

Comparative analysis of gestational diabetes and normal puerpera to the newborn cardiac function

目的研究妊娠期糖尿病产妇对新生儿心功能的影响。方法选取妊娠伴糖尿病产妇新生儿20例作为研究组,同时选择22例正常妊娠孕妇的新生儿作为对照组。所有新生儿均需要使用超声心动图检查心功能各项指标。结果研究组新生儿的心脏功能相关指标如主动脉峰速、肺动脉峰速、左心输出量以及左室壁收缩末期厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05),而左室射血分数和右心输出量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠伴糖尿病产妇使新生儿心功能异常,需要进行相关处理。

Objective To assess the cardiac function in gestational diabetes mellitus infants. Methods A total of 20 gestational diabetes mellitus infants were employed as study group, 22 normal infants were aslo chose as control group. All the cardiac function parameters were determined by echoeardiography assessment. Results Aortic peak velocity, lung artery peak velocity, left cardiac output, and systolic ventricular wall thickness in study group were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the values of fight cardiac output and LEF% were comparable （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Gestational diabetes mellitus infants exhibits cardiac function disable.
