不可复性牙髓炎治疗中牙髓再生的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究可吸收明胶海绵为支架,利用牙体本身种子细胞、诱导分子、加MTA封闭诱导,临床冠部牙髓再生治疗不可复性牙髓炎的可能性。方法选取临床上不可复性牙髓炎患者130例,去除冠部感染牙髓,保留根部活的牙髓,随机分成两组,实验组采用可吸收明胶海绵支架加MTA封闭,对照组采用氢氧化钙覆盖,观察症状转归情况、牙髓活力变化情况。结果术后1周及术后1个月症状好转情况,术后1个月牙髓活力情况,实验组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可吸收明胶海绵加MTA诱导体内牙髓再生是可能的,治疗不可复性牙髓炎是可行的。 Objective To investigate the possibility of crown pulp regeneration in treatment of irreversible pulpitis, us- ing absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold, dental seed cells,induction of molecular and MTA closed induced. Methods Clinical irreducible pulpitis patients 130 cases,remove the crown infection pulp and retain the roots living pulp ,they were randomly divided into two groups ,experimental group, absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold and MTA induction,control group ,calcium hydroxide coverage,observing symptoms outcome,pulp changes. Results Alle- viation of symptoms 1 week and 1 month after surgery,and the change of the pulp after I months,the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The absorbable gelatin sponge and MTA induced in vivo pulp regeneration is possible, treatment of irreversible pulpitis is feasible.
