摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的有效方法,提高临床疗效。方法对照组患者采用促进胃动力药物多潘立酮治疗,治疗组患者在多潘立酮治疗的基础上,加用香砂六君子汤。跟踪观察两组患者连续治疗4周后的临床疗效。结果治疗组的临床总有效率为92%;对照组的临床总有效率为76%;两组比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗组,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in order to improve the clinical efficacy for the patients. Methods The control group was given the gastric motility promotion drug domperidone and the treatment group was given Xiangsha Liujunzi soup in addition to the domperidone. The clinical efficacy after 4 weeks of continuous treatment of the two groups was observed. Results The overall effective rate of clinical treatment was 92% in the treatment group and 76% in the control group respectively, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is superior to the simple Western medicine in the clinical efficacy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, thus worthy of clinical promotion and application.
