摘要
通过对上海市城市次干道特定时间段、特定路段的车速调查分析,获得城市次干道自由流车速的分布特性。基于统计学理论知识分别运用EXCEL、SPSS软件对数据进行检验、分析、计算,得出城市次干道的自由流车速服从正态分布,并最终确定样本均值作为自由流车速的基本定义值。
The characteristic of free-flow speed distribution on the subroad is analyzed based on the survey of speed on given section of the subroad in Shanghai in given period. The theory of statistical knowledge is applied to the survey data to be tested, analyzed, calculated by means of EXCEL and SPSS software. The results show that the free-flow speed of the subroad meets normal distribution, and ultimately the sample mean value is determined as the basic definition of the free-flow speed.
