益气健脾活血法佐治慢性充血性心力衰竭

Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Method in Treatment of 40 Cases of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的:观察益气健脾活血法治疗冠心病并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效与安全性。方法:80例冠心病合并CHF患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益气健脾活血法中药。治疗6个月后,观察两组患者治疗前后的心功能分级、血流动力学指标[心搏量(SV)、心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、血液流变学指标(红细胞压积、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度)。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组显效26例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率95.0%;对照组显效19例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率77.5%,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=5.164 6,P<0.05);治疗组患者的血流动力学指标及血液流变学指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组口服中药未见明显的药物不良反应。结论:运用益气健脾活血法中药治疗冠心病并慢性心力衰竭疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect and safety of Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Method in treating coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods： 80 cases of coronary heart disease with CHF were randomly divided into 40 cases of treatment group and 40 cases of control group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Method based on the control group.After 6 months of treatment,the heart function classification,hemodynamic indices of stroke volume（SV）,cardiac output（CO）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,blood rheology indexes（hematocrit,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity） of two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results： After 3 months of treatment,the treatment group had 26 cases effective remarkably,12 cases effective,2 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 95%;the control group had 19 cases effective remarkably,12 cases effective,9 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 77.5%.The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（χ2=5.164 6,P0.05）;the hemodynamic indexes（SV,CO,LVEF） and blood rheology index（hematocrit,blood viscosity,plasma viscosity） of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05 or P0.01）;the treatment group treated with Chinese medicine had no obvious adverse drug reaction.Conclusion： Yiqi Jianpi Huoxue Method has remarkable curative effect in treating coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure.
