摘要
选用1日龄科宝-500肉鸡240只,随机分为6个处理组,每处理组4个重复,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%谷氨酰胺,试验时间15~42日龄,共28d。试验期间从每天早上9:00到下午17:00温度维持在(35±1)℃,下午17:00至次日上午9:00温度维持在(30±1)℃,鸡舍相对湿度控制在70%~80%。试验测定了热应激条件下28、35、42日龄肉鸡盲肠内乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌、大肠杆菌的数量。结果显示,日粮中添加谷氨酰胺显著提高了28、35、42日龄热应激肉鸡盲肠内乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的数量(P<0.05),显著降低产气荚膜梭菌、大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。结果表明,在基础日粮中添加一定水平的谷氨酰胺可维持热应激肉鸡的肠道微生物区系的稳定。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of glutamine(Gln) on microflora of cecum in broilers suffered from heat stress.Two hundred and forty Kebao-500 broilers at the age of 1 d were randomly divided into six treatments with 4 replicates of 10 chicks each.Glutamine was supplemented at the level of 0%,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6% and 2.0% in basal diets,respectively.The experiment lasted for four weeks.During the experiment period,the temperature maintained at(35±1)℃ from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM and maintained at(30±1)℃ from 17:00 PM to 9:00 AM of the next day.The relative humidity of the chicken house was controlled from 70% to 80%.The effects of Gln on numbers of lactobacillus,bifidobacterium,clostridium perfringens,colibacillus of cecum in heat stressed broilers were studied.The results showed that,at the age of 28,35 and 42 d,supplemental Gln could enhance significantly the numbers of lactobacillus,bifidobacterium of cecum(P0.05),reduce the numbers of clostridium perfringens,colibacillus of cecum in heat stressed broilers(P0.05).Adding a certain level of Gln in the basal diet can maintain the stabilization of microflora of cecum in heat stress broilers.
