CD44v6与MMP-7在子宫内膜异位症r-AFs分期中表达的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过检测CD44v6和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)美国生育学会修订的EMs分期标准(r-Afs)不同分期中在位内膜及异位内膜、非EMs患者子宫在位内膜中的表达水平,分析它们在各r-AFs分期中的相关性。探讨CD44v6和MMP-7与EMs侵袭、种植的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测EMs异位内膜(60例)、在位内膜(60例)及正常子宫内膜(60例)中CD44v6和MMP-7的表达情况,术中进行r-AFs分期。结果 CD44v6在EMs组异位内膜的表达高于在位内膜组和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组CD44v6的活性高于在位内膜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7与正常子宫内膜组织中呈现弱表达,在位内膜和异位内膜组织表达均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44v6和MMP-7在III~IV期异位内膜的表达强度均高于I~II(P<0.05),而在位内膜二者的表达强度在不同r-AFs分期中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CD44v6和MMP-7在EMs患者异位内膜中的表达具有显著相关性(r=0.726,P 0.05),并与r-AFs分期具有显著相关性((r=0.615,P<0.05)。结论 CD44v6和MMP-7在EMs异位内膜中高表达可能是EMs发生发展的重要因素并有协同作用,与EMs的侵袭、种植密切相关。 Objective To study the expression and relativity of CD44v6 and MMP - 7 in patients with endometriosis (EMs) and to explore the relationship between these two factors and r - AFs staging in EMs. Methods Streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method was used to detect the expression of CD4gv6 and MMP -7 in ectopic endometria of 60 cases, eutopic endometria of 60 cases and normal endometria of 60 cases without endometriosis( control group). Patients in EMs group were intraoperatively differentiated with r - AFs staging , Results The expression of CD44v6 in ectopic endometrium group was higher than that in eutopic endometrium group and control group, their difference was statistically signif- icant( P 〈 O. 05 ) ; higher expression of CD44v6 was detected in control group in comparison with eutopic endometrium group, their difference was stistically significant ( P 〈 O. 05 ). In control group, MMP -7 showed weak expression. The expression of MMP -7 was obviously increased in ei- ther eutopic or ectopic endometria, with significant difference in comparison with that of tissue in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Both CD44v6 and MMP - 7 in stages III~ IV were higher than those in stages I - II( P 〈 0.05 ). However, both in eutopic endometria showed no difference in vari- ous r- AFs stages( P 〉 O. 05 ). There was significant relativity between expression of CD44v6 and MMP- 7 in ectopic endometria( r = O. 726, P 〈 0.05 ), furthermore it was associated with r - AFs staging in endometriosis ( r = 0.615, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high expression of CD44v6 and MMP - 7 in ectopic endometria may be an important factor in development of endometriosis and involvement of invasion of endometriosis.
