目的探讨肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮检测的质量控制方法,提高检测质量,保证结果准确。方法严格执行分析前质控、分析中质控以及分析后质控,全力保障检测质量。结果实验室平均值质控图对质控品的质控包含于整个实验过程中,控制效果良好。结论肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮检测时,严格执行分析前、中、后质控,控制检测过程效果良好,对保证检测结果的准确至关重要。

Objective To explore the method for quality control in measurement of renin - angiotensin - aldosterone system in order to as- sure the quality of measurement, and to insure the accuracy of results. Methods Strict implementation of quality control before analysis, during the process of measurement, and after analysis is very important in order to guarantee the quality of measurement. Results The quality control chart of average values in this laboratory including the whole procedure of examination is very useful for control effect. Conclusion During the course of measurement of rennin, angiotensin and aldosterone, strict implementation of quality control before measurement, during the process of measurement and after examination is very important in ensuring the accuracy of results of measurement.
