液基薄层细胞学检查中不同样本的细胞保存液配制探讨

A preliminary study on different preparation of cell preservation solution for thin-prep liquid based cytology test

目的在不同临床细胞样本液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查中,配制其相应的液基细胞保存液,达到最佳检测效果,提高临床细胞学的诊断率。方法配制液基细胞保存液①、②、③号,在不同的临床细胞学标本中[常规标本用①号保存液、对于血液多的标本再加用②号保存液(②+①号)、对于黏液多的另加用③号保存液(③+①号)]处理,观察作用效果及诊断成功率,并与常规直接涂片的制片质量及诊断成功率做对照,比较其优缺点及临床应用价值。结果配制的3种细胞保存液用于细胞制片效果良好,诊断成功率高(99.3%);与常规涂片细胞学检查有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论①、②、③号液基细胞保存液配制在不同的临床细胞学样本诊断中有较重要的意义,能够提高临床细胞学诊断成功率。

Objective To explore the thin - prep cytology test （TCT） for examination of clinical cell samples, to prepare the correspond- ing liquid - based cell preservation solution, and to acqure the best results for test and to raise the accurate rate of clinical cytological diagnosis. Methods The preparation of liquid - based cell preservation solutions （ No, 1,2 and 3 ） for different clinical cytological specimens had been carried out. The preservation solution No. 1 was applied for conventional specimens, solutions No. 2 plus No. 1 were applied for bloody samples, and solutions No. 3 plus No. 1 were used for mucous specimens. The quality of examination and rate of successful diagnosis, advantages, disad- vantages and clinical significance of TCT were compared with those of conventional direct smear test. Results The preparation of three kinds of cell preservation solutions used for cytology test obtained good effect and successful diagnostic rate （99.3%） ; and the difference between TCT and conventional smear cytological examination was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The preservation solutions No. 1, 2 and 3 for preparation of liquid - based thin - prep cytology test have important significance for clinical diagnosis of cytologic specimens, and they can raise the successful rate of clinical cytological examination.
