刺蛾与变应性哮喘关系的研究

Allergic Asthma Caused by Encleidae

目的 :探讨刺蛾成虫或 /和幼虫抗原与变应性哮喘的相关性。方法 :用刺蛾等抗原液对变应性哮喘患者、林场工人及果农进行皮试 (皮肤挑刺法 )和常规临床检查。结果 :受检变应性哮喘患者 6 0人 ,刺蛾成虫或 /和幼虫抗原强阳性者 35例 ,阳性率为 58.3% ;受检林场工人及果农4 4 0人 ,刺蛾成虫或 /和幼虫抗原强阳性者 36例 ,阳性率为 8.2 %。结论

Objective: To study on the correlation between the antigen of encleidae (moth & caterpillar) and allergic asthma. Methods: The patients with allergic asthma and forest workers、fruit growers were examined by prick test using the antigen (allergen of encleiade and other allergens) and routin clinical examination. Results: The 35 cases and 36 subjects were determined with the strongest positive of encleidae antigen individually in the 60 patients with allergic asthma and 440 cases of forest workers、fruit growers. The positive rates of them were 58.3% and 8.2%. Conclusions: The allergic asthma may be caused by encleidae allergen. The prevention and control of the desease must be puting attention to firstly in medical work.
