摘要
本文对紫杉醇在氧化铝层析分离紫杉烷过程中的稳定性进行了实验分析。结果表明 ,紫杉醇在柱中的停留时间、流动相中甲醇浓度、介质的含水量以及操作温度是影响稳定性的主要因素。当停留时间控制在 4 5min以内 ,氧化铝介质经过脱水处理 ,降低甲醇浓度及温度控制在 2 5℃以内时 ,可减少紫杉醇在氧化铝层析过程中的降解。
The analysis of stability of taxol during the process of Al 2O 3 chromatography of isolation taxanes has been performed in the present paper.The results demonstrated that the factors including the sample retention time in the chromatographic column,the concentration of CH 3OH in the mobile phase,the content of H 2O in the medium,and the temperature effect the stability of taxol efficiently.The decomposition of taxol was decreased with the sample retention time less than 45 min,the Al 2O 3 dehydrated,the concentration of CH 3OH decreased and the temperature being lower than 25 ℃.
