齿苞筋骨草的化学成分研究

CHEMICAL STUDIES OF AJUGA LUPULINA VAR.MAJOR

从齿苞筋骨草 ( Ajuga lupulina var.Major)中分离出 5个化合物。通过光谱数据分析鉴定为 :6-去乙酰筋骨草素 ( 6- deacetyl ajugarin )、香草酸 ( vanillic acid)、木犀草素 ( luteolin)、8-乙酰爪钩草甙 ( 8- acetyl harpagide)和木犀草素 - 7- O-葡萄糖甙( luteolin- 7- O- glucopyranoside)

Five compounds were isolated from Ajuga lupulina var.Major.Their structures were elucidated as 6 deacetyl ajugarin Ⅳ(1),vanillic acid(2),luteolin(3),8 acetyl harpagide(4),and luteolin 7 O glucopyranoside(5),on the basis of NMR and MS spectral methods.
