通过对PC技术的简要论述,从设计阶段、生产阶段、施工阶段入手,分析了我国住宅产业化PC技术的关键问题,从而促进中国的住宅产业化快速发展,以期解决国内目前住宅建造水平低下问题。

According to the brief indication for the PC technique,the paper analyzes the key issues for the PC technique of the housing industrialization in China from the design stage,the production stage and the construction stage,so as to enhance the speedy development of the housing industrialization in China and solve the lower housing construction in China.
