摘要
针对北京某工业厂房的实际情况和环境特点,提出了利用太阳能资源和回收设备余热来加热生活用水的方案,通过对厂房热水需求量、加热热水所需能耗以及可利用余热量的计算,设计了两种余热利用方案,分别为采用地源热泵对冷却循环水余热利用和对烟气余热直接利用,通过对两种方案的比较,分析了两种方案的可行性。
In this paper,according to the environment and the actual situation of the joint workshop of a factory in Beijing,it has been purposed to use solar energy resources and waste heat as an auxiliary heat source for domestic water heating.Through the calculation of the needs water and heat consumption in workshop and the amount of available water heating,it has been made design for reuse solutions of two waste heat,which are the use of the ground water source heat pump to the utilization of waste heat in cooling water cycle system and the use of flue gas waste heat directly.By comparison of the two solutions,it has made analysis of the feasibility of two options.
