摘要
针对实际制膜废液和制膜冲洗水,分别采用微电解氧化、芬顿氧化、微电解强化芬顿氧化技术处理,试验结果表明芬顿强化微电解技术处理制膜废水效果最佳,在pH值为5,炭铁比为1∶1,反应时间1 h的条件下,制膜废液的COD去除率可以达到72.22%,制膜冲洗水的COD去除率可以达到66.67%。
According to the factual membrane wastewater and membrane rinse water,the paper adopts the micro electrolytic oxidation,the fenton oxidation,and the micro electrolytic strengthening fenton oxidation technical treatment,and proves by the test result that the treatment of the membrane wastewater with the fenton strengthening micro electrolytic technique is the best,and the removal rate for COD of the membrane wastewater and the membrane rinse water can be 72.22% and 66.67% in the condition in which pH value is 5,the coke rate is 1∶ 1 and the reaction time is 1 hour.
