According to the optimal design for the garage of the basement at the planning stage,the paper points out the factual optimal design methods based on the cost components of the underground garage and the controlling points for the design data of the underground basement and the full indication of the engineering examples,and points out the optimal ideas for similar issues for the optimal design schemes and the cost management,so as to provide the reference for improving the design data control of the underground garage and saving the cost for the construction and the installation.
