摘要
针对施工项目管理的概念、目标及特点进行了简单介绍,着重阐述了项目管理的施工系统、原则及相应的成本控制措施等方面的具体内容,并指出施工项目管理与项目成本控制是相辅相成的,以期为施工企业提供借鉴。
The paper introduces the concepts,aims and features of the management in the construction programs,mainly illustrates the construction system,the principle and respective cost control measures for the program management,and points out the supplementary relationshop between the management of construction programs and the cost control in programs,so as to provide some reference for the construction enterprises.
